Dear Family and Friends: 

Food insecurity and hunger are always pressing issues, but this year with all the federal government cuts, inflation, economic uncertainty, etc. it feels even more important. 

And as much as donating canned goods, which many of us do, is valuable, money goes much farther (three times as far, according to my info from past years of donations), because the Food Bank and other food pantries can buy in bulk, which is more financially efficient. Just $1 provides 2 meals!

Please join me in donating what you can to decrease hunger in Western Mass, and induce me to take a healthy bike ride as well! Thank you for anything you can give to help.
